Mexx started life as two separate brands that had been founded in 1980. In 1986, Moustache and Emanuelle - the brands for men and women respectively - joined forces, providing the M and E of the new brand's name. And the xx? Two kisses that brought the previously separate names together ... Just a few years later, Mexx had become one of the world's most successful international fashion brands.
